As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. This role will support Data Centre Delivery value-added services (VAS) operations, ensuring seamless execution of white glove deliveries and installations at client sites.
How you create impact
- Support the structured rollout and execution of operational excellence initiatives, including centralized delivery and transport processes (where applicable)
- Review and optimize resource allocation across operations to ensure efficient service delivery and meet client SLAs
- Drive efficient execution and continuous improvement of white glove delivery and installation activities
- Support the implementation and enhancement of operational systems and reporting tools, including transport management systems (TMS) and new technologies
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, standards, and procedures, while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Monitor and support incident management and escalation processes, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption to operations
- Track operational performance and support cost and budget control, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Strong end-to-end white glove operations experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in site delivery, installation, or last-mile operations
- Prior team handling / supervisory experience
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
