Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR? We're looking for a proactive team player to support our Belgium HRBP team with administrative activities, keep HR systems and platforms up to date, and assist with daily HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
How you create impact
- Support HR Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes
- Manage HR data and maintain global and local HR systems
- Prepare organizational announcements, employee communication and special occasion recognitions
- Manage adminsitrative part of a motivational car lease program
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and support daily HR administration
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, handling requests and ensuring smooth HR operations
- Create and update SOPs and continuously improve HR processes
