Business Partnering
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving business performance.
• Provide data-driven insights and HR solutions to support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure HR strategies are integrated into daily operations and long-term planning.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Additional business partnering tasks may be assigned to support evolving organizational needs.
HR Policy and Compliance
• Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices remain compliant.
• Partner with external legal counsel to address any legal issues or compliance concerns.
• Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to review and update HR policies and procedures as needed to reflect changes in legislation or company practices.
• Other related responsibilities may be given as needed to support compliance and policy operations.
Employee Relations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on all matters related to employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Proactively identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace culture.
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
• Additional tasks related to employee relations may be assigned depending on business needs.
Talent Acquisition
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract talent in the market.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with external candidates and industry networks.
• Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires through regular check-ins and ensure they are smoothly integrated into the team.
• Other recruitment-related responsibilities may be assigned to support hiring and onboarding efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
• Support the Compensation and Benefits team with salary benchmarking, the annual salary review process, and incentive plans.
• Provide guidance to employees on total rewards packages, including the benefits program, leaves of absence, and other perks.
• Additional tasks related to compensation and benefits may be assigned based on team priorities.

What we would like you to bring
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Proven and solid experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance
- Hands-on experience covering end-to-end HR operations (A to Z), including onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation
- Prior experience in Compensation & Benefits and payroll processes is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and leverage insights for decision-making.
- A proactive team player who engages stakeholders effectively, solves problems with agility, and takes ownership in ambiguous situations to drive collaborative outcomes.
- High level of emotional intelligence, integrity, and confidentiality, and maturity
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong skills in coaching managers and influencing leadership on people-related matters.
- Experience in organizational change, culture transformation, and engagement strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead or support HR initiatives.
