In this role, you will act as a key HR contact for the business, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, and employee relations, while contributing to a high-performance and people-centric culture.
How you create impact
- Act as a trusted HR partner supporting managers and employees across the organization.
- Execute core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring an excellent employee experience.
- Support recruitment activities, including vacancy management, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
- Monitor and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., recruitment, engagement, turnover) to support decision-making.
- Support performance and talent processes, including development plans and training initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives (eNPS, GPTW) and follow up on action plans.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with HRBP, Centers of Excellence, and shared services teams.
What we would like you to bring
- 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Jr. HR Business Partner.
- Solid experience across core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management).
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and HR practices.
- Experience supporting managers and handling employee relations topics.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English (B2 preferred).
