Join us as an IL IS Service Delivery Manager and play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction across global IT support services. You will oversee support operations for 40+ customers, manage service quality against SLAs, and act as a central escalation point collaborating closely with international teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end supply chain solutions.
How you create impact
• Escalation point for Quality/Process Issues
• Addressing identified Issues to the IL IS Support Organization
• Identify/Eliminate underlying root caused for permanent E2E Resolution in coordination with IL IS Organization (1st/2nd and 3rd Level)
• Weekly IL IS SLA Dashboard review along with the input of the Cluster Leads
• Hosting the by weekly calls with the Business Management Audience
• Deployment/Documentation of IT improvement processes
• Being responsible for continuous updating current process / knowledge for upcoming system / scope changes.
