How you create impact
1.Customer & Business Management
- Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and profitable growth for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Host customer visits to review performance, identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Lead new customer projects and business initiatives.
- Collaborate on tenders, RFQs, and business development opportunities while developing value-added logistics solutions.
- Manage account profitability, including revenue, costs and FSL.
2.Operations & Service Excellence
- Lead and manage the operational team across E2E supply chain process.
- Ensure operational processes are standardized and aligned with customer requirements to achieve agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with Warehouse team to optimize inventory and throughput levels.
- Coordinate with Pricing and Yield & Allocation teams to manage space and allocation.
- Support supplier selection, qualification and onboarding processes.
- Monitor customer claims, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.
3.Process Improvement & Solutions Development
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving workflow optimization, digitalization and system adoption to enhance productivity and visibility.
- Liaise with GKAM / GOKAM / Control Tower to develop solutions that support customer demands and improve operational efficiency.
4.Performance Management & Governance
- Monitor and analyze operational KPI performance, identifying improvement opportunities and guiding corrective actions.
- Prepare and validate operational, performance and financial reports.
- Conduct vendor visits, workshops and annual satisfaction surveys to assess service quality and drive continuous improvement.
5.People Leadership & Capability Development
- Develop team capabilities through training, workshops and knowledgesharing initiatives.
- Coach, develop and retain talent while building succession pipelines for critical roles.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sea Logistics/Freight Forwarding, preferably with International Supply Chain (ISC) exposure.
- Strong knowledge of customer solutions, commercial/P&L management, project implementation, and process improvement.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, KPI/performance management, and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
