The Sea Logistics Intern (Customer Care) will be responsible supporting CCL team to deliver customer excellence by creating files, updating data into KN and customers systems, handover documents to customers.
How you create impact
- To drive customer engagement, satisfaction + reactivation in close cooperation operational care centres (OCC).
- To establish + strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through daily interactions, handover documents to customers on time.
- To qualify + enter customer orders into the daily operational execution process.
- To update OPS system, create TN, data entry into customers system
