As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. And by transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are making small and big moments possible for people all around the world. You will support daily documentation activities and administrative tasks, learn and apply operational procedures and documentation requirements, work closely with team members to support service excellence and operational efficiency.

You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
 To support the Documentation team in performing daily operational and administrative tasks.
 To assist in processing basic documentation activities under the guidance of team members.
 To monitor emails and support follow-up requests from internal and external stakeholders.
 To verify shipment information and prepare supporting documents when required.
 To update and maintain data accuracy in operational systems and trackers.
 To support document filing, record maintenance, and compliance with company procedures.
 To learn and familiarize with documentation processes, systems, and SOPs.
 To collaborate with team members to support smooth shipment execution and service delivery.
 To participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
The intern is not expected to perform the full range of responsibilities of a Documentation Specialist.
Depending on business needs, team workload, and the intern's learning progress and capability, one or multiple specific tasks may be assigned for independent handling under supervision. Responsibilities will gradually expand as the intern gains knowledge, experience, and demonstrates readiness to take on additional tasks.
