Join our Contract Logistics team in Liège, Belgium and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse Management System, combined with a variety of administrative responsabilities that support the team's daily operations. As an Admin Key User, you act as the functional expert for our systems while also supporting operational teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. You ensure smooth system usage, support business processes, and act as a bridge between operations, IT, and customers.
In addition to system ownership, you will contribute to customer service excellence and business analysis activities, helping improve processes, performance, and overall service quality
How you create impact
- Ensure proper functioning, testing, and updates of WMS applications;
- Act as first point of contact for system issues, incidents, and improvements;
- Train and support users across operations and administration;
- Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities;
- Collaborate with IT, regional teams, and vendors to resolve issues;
- Support Customer Service with system inquiries and operational issues;
- Act as link between operations, customers, and system-related processes;
- Analyze KPIs and identify improvements for operational efficiency;
- Translate business needs into system configurations and support change requests;
- Enable cross-functional collaboration and maintain clear communication and documentation.
What we would like you to bring
- IT-related studies or equivalent hands-on experience in an IT-driven environment;
- 1–2 years of experience in application support, business support, or similar roles;
- Practical understanding of logistics processes (Inbound, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Management);
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools (Business Objects or similar);
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into solutions;
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and stakeholder satisfaction;
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Organized, structured, and solution-driven approach to problem solving;
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams;
- Excellent MS Office skills and strong command of English and French; Dutch is an advantage.
