Contract Logistics Warehouse Supervisor - Liège

Join our Contract Logistics team in Liège, Belgium as our next Warehouse Supervisor. We’re looking for someone who is bilingual in French and English, has solid team‑leadership experience, and is ready to work weekday shifts. You will be part of the Operations Department (logistics warehouse) located at the Trilogiport site in Liège. In this role, you will oversee a team of Team Leaders and their respective operational teams.

You will ensure optimal organization by using resources—people, equipment, and materials—efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Through effective coaching, you will develop an autonomous team capable of achieving its objectives both quantitatively and qualitatively. You will also drive continuous improvement, enhance existing processes, and contribute to the implementation of new processes and the onboarding of new customers.

How you create impact

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Team Leaders and warehouse operators to achieve operational targets;
  • Ensure daily operations meet QCDISME objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Improvement, Safety, Morale, Environment);
  • Allocate people, equipment, and materials efficiently to guarantee smooth operations;
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock management;
  • Resolve operational and order‑related issues in close collaboration with Customer Service;
  • Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and pharmaceutical quality (GxP) standards;
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support the development of team members;
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, including SOPs and work instructions;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support teams in identifying and solving operational issues;
  • Monitor and update KPIs, and lead effective handover communication between shifts.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent experience;
  • Strong command of French and English;
  • Solid understanding of GxP regulations and quality standards;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with WMS systems;
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams;
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset;
  • Resilient under pressure, with a structured and meticulous working style;
  • Results‑oriented and customer‑focused, with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Flexible and willing to work in shifts; stand‑by availability when required.
