How you create impact
- Drive Road Logistics' AI transformation by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities that deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and scalable process improvements.
- Evaluate complex business challenges and determine the most effective solution approach using Generative AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or a combination of technologies.
- Design, build, and validate AI-powered proofs of concept, pilots, and minimum viable products to accelerate innovation and business adoption.
- Define scalable solution architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing processes, systems, and enterprise technology standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams, process owners, and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, impactful AI solutions.
- Establish governance, quality, and performance frameworks while shaping the future Road Logistics operating model through innovative, responsible, and scalable AI applications.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or digital transformation solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Strong expertise across AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, machine learning, optimization, and intelligent automation, with the ability to select the right approach for a business challenge.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools and platforms such as Python, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, LangChain, or similar technologies, as well as automation and workflow solutions.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact, ideally within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or other operations-intensive environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, combined with knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, TMS), AI governance, responsible AI principles, and agile ways of working in global, cross-functional organizations.
