Road logistics Intern will be general responsibility in customer service, distribution, Sea/ Air import/ export custom clearance, order handling, truck planning, data, system, KPI control and supervise all activities related to distributions per assigned customers, maintain good relationship with customers/ internal customer and subcontractors., be able to work multiple tasks with strong focus
How you create impact
- To create/complete shipment details in our internal transport management system, coordinate with all involved stakeholders + organize transport based on the customer promise.
- To monitor + report on the operational performance of carriers + other vendors as well as ensuring strong data quality is available for timely + accurate customer reporting.
- Update daily delivery report and KPI accurately and on time.
- Daily communicate with KN team, subcontractors, customers and relevant parties to get smooth operation and seek for improvement.
- Maintain good relationship with customers and subcontractors.
- Conduct operation in line with SOPs, working instructions.
- Maintain teamwork, productive working environment.
- Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving.
- Assist transport supervisor and Site manager in other task to achieve excellent operation
- Resolve, Report, Record complaints in professional manner
What we would like you to bring
- Final year student with bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Import/ Export, Supply Chain Management.
- Competent Customer Clearance & Road Logistics knowledge
- Customer oriented
- Good at Communication and problem solving.
- Good command of English
- Fast learner, careful, eager to learn, can-do-attitude
