How you create impact
- Providing support to the HR Business Partners in Luxemburg, maintaining HR systems and platforms up to date and assisting with day-to-day HR operations
- Supporting the onboarding, offboarding and internal changes
- Creating and maintaining job postings
- Creating and publishing internal communication announcements
- Handling bicycle lease requests
- Organizing jubilees and announcing employee birthdays, milestones and special occasions
- Generating various reports to support business needs
- Additional document management, filing the documentation as well as sending the reminders and contacting the employees
What we would like you to bring
- Organisational skills, i.e., highly focused on the quality of your output, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactiveness and attention to detail
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of German or French is considered a plus
