You will be joining our Operational Key Account Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.
You will be responsible for the operational performance + development of assigned customers, while working with a variety of stakeholders.
How you create impact
- To effectively manage + maintain customer relationships + support operations related initiatives.
- To lead business + performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives.
- To manage + ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.
- To initiate + drive continuous process improvements to improve productivity + operational performance.
- To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements.
- To create + maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring + analyzing.
- To create + update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) + ensure adherence.
- To ensure all SOPs, WIs + templates are updated + stored in a shared environment.
What we would like you to bring
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Experience managing key customer accounts and operational performance.
- Strong KPI and SLA management experience.
- Ability to lead customer business reviews.
- Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with performance dashboards and data analysis.
- Knowledge of SOP and process documentation management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
