Your role

As Cluster HR Director, you will be at the centre of our transformation journey, shaping how people, technology and culture come together across Sweden and Iceland. Your leadership will ensure HR is not just a support function but a strategic partner, driving initiatives that deliver Roadmap 2026 and lay the foundation for Vision 2030. You will lead digital HR transformation, embed data-driven decision-making, and champion change management in a fast-paced logistics environment. Beyond operational excellence, you will influence culture, strengthen inclusion, and advance our social responsibility program, while creating development opportunities and building a future-ready workforce. This is a role where strategic foresight meets hands-on impact, giving you the chance to shape the next chapter of our business and leave a lasting mark.

How you create impact

  • Align HR initiatives with Roadmap 2026 and Vision 2030, driving organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Implement and optimize digital HR tools and processes to enhance efficiency and engagement.
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate future talent needs and build robust succession pipelines.
  • Guide managers and teams through organizational change with clarity and confidence.
  • Elevate HR’s role in creating a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee core HR areas: recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on employment matters, negotiations, and strategic decisions.

What we would like you to bring

  • Relevant higher education degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in senior HR roles with proven impact on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong experience with HR technology platforms and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Deep knowledge of labour law and collective agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, inspire trust, and influence at all levels.
