We are Global Spot Desk team, part of Corporate Pricing team. We process Air spot requests for our valuable global customers.This role involves continuous communication and collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders. You will maintain regular contact with customers while partnering closely with Pricing Teams, Field Sales (FAs), National Accounts (NAs), Global Key Account Managers (GKAMs), and Process Owners to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused pricing solutions.
How you create impact
- Deliver customized customer offers by gathering and coordinating competitive pricing solutions
- Act as a key link between customers and KN pricing teams, ensuring seamless communication and fast response times
- Support business growth through accurate, customer-focused quotations and solution-oriented thinking
- Enhance customer satisfaction by understanding individual requirements and providing tailored logistics solutions
- Contribute to operational excellence through effective coordination, prioritization, and attention to detail
