How you create impact

As an Air Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for invoicing the final customer, considering the cost of moving the freight, the financial agreements or quotations with the customer, the needs of the branches, and all the financial details involved in collecting the money. When you ensure data accuracy by analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting, and entering correct data in internal/external systems, you will make a difference in our Air Freight Logistics Department in combination of your set of skills and the following tasks.

  • Generate and issue invoices based on service delivery and contractual terms.
  • Validate billing data from internal systems and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Maintain organized records and support month-end closing activities.
  • Respond to billing-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support team goals.

What we would like you to bring

  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience in freight forwarding, pricing, finance, or billing is essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and oral).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or on holidays when needed.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Goal-oriented and committed to delivering results.
  • Schedule flexibility to support business needs.

 

Work schedule: Tuesday to saturday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. 100% on-site, (for the first 6 months).

 

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
