Become a Senior Developer in our Automation Team at Kuehne+Nagel Global Services. You’ll design and implement advanced automation solutions using Python, UiPath, and AI technologies, collaborating with business analysts and product owners to transform processes and deliver measurable value. As a Key member of our Developers team, you will need to :
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex automations using Python, UiPath, and AI tools.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements, proposing innovative solutions.
- Integrate automations with APIs, internal systems, and external platforms.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Document code and solutions following global standards.
- Conduct testing, validation, and ensure quality of delivered automations.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Define and enforce coding standards, reusable libraries, and frameworks.
- Research and test new technologies (UiPath features, Python libraries, AI tools).
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to estimate stories and validate feasibility.
- Ensure automation solutions meet customer requirements and deliver measurable benefits.
- Contribute to ROI analysis and benefit validation (FTE savings, cost, compliance).
What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on automation.
- Advanced knowledge of UiPath, Python, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with data analytics.
- Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile practices and backlog management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with Power Automate, SQL, or other scripting languages.
- Certifications in UiPath, Agile/Scrum, or AI/ML.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00pm (for the first 6 months)
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
