How you create impact

As an Air Logistics Quick Pricing Specialist, you support pricing solutions for air freight services across the Americas region. This role is responsible for analyzing transportation costs, preparing customer quotations, and ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. You will collaborate closely with internal pricing and operations teams to support timely and efficient responses to customer requests. Some of the position expectations are the following:

 

  • Prepare customer quotations and pricing proposals for air logistics services.
  • Analyze transportation costs, rates, and pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Validate pricing data and maintain proper documentation for audit and reference purposes.
  • Support the RFP (Request for Proposal) process within the Americas pricing team.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders regarding pricing inquiries, updates, and solutions.
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

What we would like you to bring

  • Studies in careers related to the company, logistics or freight forwarding (preferred).
  • Knowledge of air freight, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong proficiency Excel Level.
  • Advanced English both on verbal and written.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to evaluate transportation costs, pricing, and margins.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.

 

The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Under hybrid work model.

 

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
