How you create impact
As an HR Services Employee, you will play a key supporting our U.S. operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to learn. From managing documents to coordinating training programs, your work will directly impact the employee experience.
Key responsibilities:

Provide HR support and serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers across the United States.

Prepare employment-related letters, including confirmations, promotions, and terminations.

Manage employee documentation, records, and archives within the U.S. HR system.

Monitor HR processes and ensure timely approvals and completion of transactions.

Administer employee recognition programs, including anniversary awards (10, 25, 40, and 50 years of service).

Support the administration of retention bonuses and employee referral bonus programs.

Coordinate internal employee transfers and ensure smooth transitions.

Manage court orders, Medical Child Support Orders, subpoenas, unemployment claims, hearings, and other legal document requests.

Maintain compliance records, reports, and California-specific employee record requirements.

Record WOTC Tax Credit Screening documentation and distribute labor law posters to U.S. branches.Support compliance and Code of Conduct training programs, including LMS updates, reporting, and training record maintenance.

Coordinate employee and leadership development initiatives, training plans, and program enrollments.

Assist with tuition reimbursement inquiries and documentation.

Guide monthly invoice submissions and ensure timely payments.Maintain accurate contact information for U.S. branches.

Manage fuel card allocation for eligible employees.

Coordinate employee referral processing with payroll.

Lead and participate in team huddles, maintain productivity reports, and communicate workload trends.

Collaborate with the HRS Team Lead, Area Business Partner, and Process Specialist to ensure effective service delivery.

Provide ongoing administrative and operational HR support to enhance the employee experience.
What we would like you to bring
- High School diploma.
- HR knowledge, studies or experience could be considered a plus, but it is not required.
- Advanced English both on verbal and written.
- Intermediate Excel Level.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Team player.
- Effective Communication.
- Ability to adapt to change and support change management initiatives within a dynamic environment.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Under a Hybrid work model.
This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
