How you create impact

We are looking for a detail-oriented GS Specialist – CCL - Customer Care File Creation to join our Air Logistics Services team. In this role, you will provide operational and clerical support by creating, validating, and processing shipment files in line with customer requirements, operational procedures, and regulatory standards.

You will act as a key support function between branches and the GS back-office organization, ensuring accurate shipment records, proper documentation review, Dangerous Goods information validation, Harmonized System Code review, and data integrity across internal systems. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, process discipline, and the ability to meet productivity and quality KPIs in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Create shipment files accurately based on ticket requirements, customer instructions, and operational procedures.
• Review, interpret, and enter shipment-related information into internal systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Validate Dangerous Goods shipment information and Harmonized System Codes to support accurate cargo classification and regulatory alignment.
• Review and validate shipping documentation to ensure all required information is complete and properly processed.
• Follow working instructions, SOPs, toolkits, guidelines, company policies, and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with the Team Leader, trainers, process owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
• Provide professional customer service through telephone and electronic channels when required.
• Identify and escalate process-related issues proactively, supporting timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Attend trainings and maintain updated process knowledge to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
• Achieve assigned productivity and quality KPIs while managing multiple operational tasks efficiently.
• Perform other operational tasks or duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

What we would like you to bring

.We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the freight forwarding business. You will ideally bring:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in fields related to the company's business, especially freight forwarding.
• Preferred knowledge in Air cargo, warehouses, and/or airlines.
• Intermediate English proficiency – both written and oral.
• Intermediate Excel level.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Willingness to work overtime and/or on holidays.
