JOB PURPOSE
The Global Pricing Analyst is responsible for offering comprehensive pricing packages to customers through the partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
This includes the management and the execution of the Pricing process by enhancing the coherence and knowledge among the various stakeholders.
It is a highly analytical role that requires to consider data from multiple sources and develop complex pricing models that reflect margins as well as total spending while giving awareness for management decisions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Global Pricing Process execution and adherence
- Analysis of assigned RFQ and flag special requirements
- Actively execute the launch of directly controlled RFQ’s
- Take full accountability for the RFQs completion assigned
- Run data quality analyses on the information received before final submission
- Formulate timely and accurate responses to Global RFQs
- Care taking of bunker formulas and rate adjustments (index)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of Statistics for assigned area of responsibility
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of TQT / SeaTender database elements
What we would like you to bring
Required Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Shipping, or Logistics.
- Experience:
- Extensive experience in maritime pricing.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, including import/export, LCL, and FCL operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Business Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills: prioritizing, planning, and executing tasks effectively.
- Expertise in influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving to drive profitability and support revenue.
- Solid mathematical ability to develop pricing models and provide strategic advice.
- Personal Competencies:
- Analytical and conceptual thinking: able to examine and assess data from multiple sources.
- Excellent time management, resilience under pressure, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced communication and networking skills, both verbal and written.
- Language: Advanced English (mandatory).
