As Global Sales Customer Excellence Lead High‑Tech, you drive commercial excellence and customer‑centric sales support across Kuehne+Nagel’s global vertical organization. You act as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers and Business Development leaders, enabling effective bid management, strengthening vertical‑specific customer relationships, and ensuring seamless sales‑to‑implementation transitions while delivering consistent, high‑quality commercial solutions and accelerating the vertical’s commercial momentum.
How you create impact
- Drive RFI, bid, and tender responses with KAMs and pricing, ensuring compliant and competitive commercial proposals.
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare tailored value propositions, including coordinating post‑mortem reviews.
- Ensure smooth sales‑to‑implementation handovers through structured documentation and clear commercial insights.
- Support KAMs by maintaining customer data, coordinating legal documentation (NDA, MSA), and identifying business opportunities.
- Prepare and participate in strategic customer reviews and meetings, coordinating input across regions and functions.
- Lead vertical‑specific commercial initiatives, manage customer repositories, and share best practices to strengthen global consistency.
- Identify improvement opportunities through customer feedback and collaboration with Business Units to ensure VOC topics are addressed.
- Lead and develop the CE X team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a customer‑first mindset.
What we would like you to bring
- University degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
- Proven experience in sales, Air Logistics, Sea Logistics, or related commercial roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with bid or tender management experience.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Project management and implementation support experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proven leadership capability and the flexibility to work effectively across international environments, cultures, and time zones.
