As a Global Road Logistics Sales System and Support Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and elevating commercial performance across the organization. You will collaborate with key account teams, unlock multi-country opportunities, and shape compelling value propositions — contributing directly to profitable growth and a consistent, high-quality customer experience across Europe.

 

How you create impact

  • Support and optimize customer portfolio management to drive profitable growth and high sales performance,
  • Define target customer strategies, portfolio standards, and governance in line with global guidelines,
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify dormant accounts, and drive recovery actions with sales teams,
  • Ensure commercial discipline through CRM usage, pipeline accuracy, and performance tracking dashboards,
  • Train and support sales teams on portfolio management tools and best practices,
  • Manage and enhance sales recognition programs, including awards, communication, and engagement initiatives,
  • Maintain and develop central sales communication platforms and ensure consistent, accessible information sharing,
  • Drive CRM and digital solutions improvements (e.g., MyKN), including feature development, rollout, training, and performance tracking.

What we would like you to bring

  • Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, 7- 8 years of solid background in sales support, portfolio management, and program development or commercial enablement,
  • Proficient in CRM systems, digital tools, and KPI-driven sales management. Advanced skills in MS Office, data visualization, and presentation tools,
  • Strong analytical, structured, and organizational skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable processes,
  • Excellent communication abilities combined with experience in community building and driving engagement initiatives.
