About the Role
As the Global Road Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic customer onboarding initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the Asia Pacific region.
Working closely with operational, commercial, finance, and technology stakeholders, you will ensure successful delivery of complex customer implementations while identifying opportunities to optimise performance, drive efficiency, and strengthen the overall road logistics network.
This role offers significant regional exposure and the opportunity to influence key business decisions while partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional customer implementation projects across domestic and cross-border road logistics operations.
- Drive end-to-end onboarding activities for strategic customer wins, ensuring smooth and successful execution.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with sales teams to design and present customer-centric supply chain and transportation solutions.
- Lead network optimisation projects through process redesign, modelling, simulation, and data-driven decision making.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Collaborate with country teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Promote best practice sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the region.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage change in a complex, multicultural environment.
- Provide leadership and coaching to implementation and continuous improvement teams across the region.
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading large-scale implementation, transformation, or continuous improvement projects across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong understanding of road transportation, cross-border logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into practical and scalable solutions.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities with experience engaging senior leadership and customers.
- Experience working within a regional or global logistics environment will be highly regarded.
