In this highly visible global role, you will drive strategic initiatives, lead cross-business unit programs, and strengthen collaboration across our Healthcare vertical. How you create impact
- Support the further development and execution of the global Healthcare strategy and roadmap.
- Lead cross-business unit customer implementations and strategic healthcare initiatives.
- Drive collaboration and alignment across functions, regions, and business units.
- Establish and facilitate governance structures, ensuring clear decision-making and follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, operational performance, and internal collaboration.
- Develop and share healthcare-specific content, industry insights, and best practices.
- Coordinate customer-facing activities, including advisory councils and industry engagement initiatives.
- Manage programs from concept to implementation, delivering measurable business outcomes.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in program, project, or business management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or MedTech industry.
- Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into successful execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions in a global matrix organization.
- Highly self-organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a flexible role with evolving priorities.
- Demonstrated success leading complex global projects and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.
