How you create impact

In this role, you will be a key contributor to shaping and maintaining the learning ecosystem for our global organization. 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Maintaining courses, programs, and curriculum in PeopleHub Learning, including creation, updates, integrations (classes, quizzes, SCORM packages), and removal. 
  • Acting as a consultant for LMS users advising on system functionalities, training administration, and contributing to the development of procedures and processes.
  • Collaborating closely with trainers and internal stakeholders to understand requests, propose solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Managing user permissions, roles, enrollments, and unenrollments.
  • Supporting trainers with daytoday LMS needs and inquiries.
  • Preparing completion and attendance reports for stakeholders using reporting dashboards.
  • Testing and validating new LMS features, reporting issues, and informing trainers about system updates.
  • Maintaining and improving HR Training & Development tools, including AIbased content creation tools and tools for interactive training.
  • Sharing best practices and helping colleagues effectively use training tools across the organization.
  • Producing scheduled and ad hoc reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.  

What we would like you to bring

We’re looking for someone motivated, communicative, and systemsavvy.

Ideal qualifications include: 

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal partners. 
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Curiosity and confidence in navigating and exploring new systems and tools.
  • Solid PC literacy (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Microsoft 365).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus. 

Clients: Internal & external 
Travel: Not required at present; possible in the future.
