We are looking for a Customer Quality Manager Healthcare who will act as the key quality partner for our strategic Healthcare customers. In this role, you will ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, support quality-related projects and changes, and drive the successful implementation of new Healthcare business. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver quality excellence across our Contract Logistics operations.

How you create impact

• Act as the primary quality partner for strategic Healthcare customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Lead quality discussions with customers, proactively addressing quality concerns, requirements, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure customer-specific quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Kuehne+Nagel procedures are fully aligned and embedded in operations.
• Drive the quality workstream for onboarding new Healthcare customers, ensuring quality requirements are implemented from day one.
• Review and support customer changes, risk assessments, specifications, and quality agreements to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
• Represent Quality during customer audits, regulatory inspections, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate closely with site quality teams, operations, and management to implement quality initiatives and resolve complex quality challenges.
• Monitor action plans, drive corrective actions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across Healthcare operations.

What we would like you to bring

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role, ideally within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Life Sciences industry.
• Strong working knowledge of GxP regulations, including GDP, GMP, and healthcare quality management systems.
• Good understanding of ISO 13485 requirements and quality assurance principles within regulated environments.
• Proven experience managing customer quality requirements, audits, quality agreements, and compliance programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across different sites.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage, while additional languages are considered a plus.
