You will be part of the Solution Design team within our Contract Logistics business in Turkey, supporting the development of innovative and customer-focused logistics solutions. Working in a fast-paced operational environment with a challenging project agenda, you will design end-to-end operational solutions for customer RFQs, deliver projects utilizing Kuehne+Nagel’s global tools and methodologies, and collaborate closely with national, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will play a key role in translating customer requirements into efficient and scalable logistics solutions while ensuring alignment with Kuehne+Nagel’s strategic vision, values, and organizational culture.

How you create impact

• Analyze and assess logistics processes for existing and new customers;
• Design and optimize end-to-end warehouse and logistics solutions;
• Develop warehouse layouts and operational flows using tools such as AutoCAD;
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across logistics operations;
• Translate customer requirements into efficient and scalable supply chain solutions;
• Support RFQs and tenders by preparing solution concepts and activity-based cost calculations;
• Collaborate closely with Business Development to create competitive customer proposals;
• Present technical and operational solutions to customers and stakeholders;
• Support customer onboarding activities and implementation planning;
• Monitor project implementation to ensure delivery on time and within budget;
• Coordinate issue resolution and manage challenges during implementation phases;
• Create customer-focused solutions that balance operational, commercial, and financial requirements.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of Solution Design experience within warehousing or contract logistics;
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset;
• Fluent Turkish and English communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and modeling;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Advanced AutoCAD skills for warehouse and layout design;
• Ability to design operationally efficient and customer-focused logistics solutions;
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of commercial and financial drivers;
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and collaboration skills;
• Results-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
