Revenue and Administration Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for new team members for a new project in our High-Tech Solution Center in Gärtringen. As Revenue and Administration Specialist, you have a crucial role in our success and our Key Customers' satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct billing.

How you create impact

  • Working with an international team internal such as external
  • Domestic and International  Freight invoicing / AIR and SEA to Global Customers
  • Ensures compliance to rate tariff and customer billing profile
  • Ensure timely billing as per KPI’s
  • Assists with audit in advance of final invoicing
  • Controlling of internal billing (Export Main Office / Import Main Office)
  • Preparing freight calculations 
  • Support other Kuehne+Nagel branches on billing matters
  • Close contact with High Tech Solution Center commercial team regarding freight Tariffs/Spots
  • Financial / Liability Reports

What we would like you to bring

  • 1-2 years of experience on similar position are advance
  • Detail-minded and accurate with numbers
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Able to read quotations 
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • High commitment, high motivation, ability of working in a team, flexibility, good self-organisation, open-minded for new challenges
