In this position, you’ll lead complex international customer implementation projects from start to finish. You’ll plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, collaborating with leadership teams across all transport modes to ensure success and drive strategic improvements.
How you create impact
• Define project scope, timelines, and risk management plans
• Drive execution and monitor progress, resolving issues proactively
• Coordinate resources and collaborate with internal stakeholder and customers
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate transparently
• Ensure quality standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What we would like you to bring
• Background in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Management
• Experience managing complex global projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with project management tools; certifications like PMP or Prince2 are a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally for global projects
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
