As an Optimization Specialist, your mission is to drive operational efficiency and scalability throughout Road Logistics. You'll achieve this by optimizing processes, enabling automation, and preparing operations for AI-driven workflows. The focus is on delivering measurable productivity gains through process optimizations, low-code solutions, and data-driven improvements, all while actively supporting global transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency:

• Proactively identify and eliminate inefficiencies in our operational teams
• Implement quick-win solutions, such as Excel/VBA, to minimize manual effort and streamline processes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. 

Automation & AI Enablement: 

• Transform existing processes into automation-ready and AI-ready workflows by promoting standardization and data consistency. 
• Design and deploy low-code solutions using platforms like Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and other automation tools. 
• Develop self-service tools that empower operational teams to drive their own efficiency improvements. 

Transformation & Project Support: 

• Play an active role in global optimization and digital transformation projects. 
• Support the rollout of new tools, standardized processes, and best practices across the organization. 
• Ensure that all implemented solutions are scalable, sustainable, and deliver long-term value

Success Metrics: 

•  Reduction in manual processing time. 
• Increased number of automated and optimized processes. 
• User adoption rates for deployed solutions. 
• Measurable productivity gains (e.g., hours saved, cost efficiency)
• Enhanced data quality and greater process transparency. 

Your Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Information Technology, Business Administration
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 
• Knowledge in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and other AI tools. 
• Excellent and effective communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Hands-on experience with Excel (VBA), Power Platform, or other data and AI tools. 
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions. 
• Balanced mix of technical expertise and operational understanding.
