How you create impact
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve automated EDI errors to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
- Set up, maintain, and support generic EDI interfaces and outbound EDI connections.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot API integrations.
- Provide advanced support for EDI transmissions and interface-related incidents.
- Perform interface testing, mapping updates, and root-cause analysis of integration issues.
- Support the onboarding and implementation of new customers into EDI and API platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for EDI/API-related questions and technical support.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable electronic data exchange with customers and business partners.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to drive continuous improvement of integration processes and solutions.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience or knowledge of EDI and API technologies and electronic data exchange principles.
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
