At Kuehne+Nagel, data drives transformation. We are looking for a Performance & Data Analytics Specialist who is passionate about turning complex data into meaningful insights that support business growth and operational excellence across our global services organization.
In this role, you will work with international stakeholders, analyze performance trends, develop impactful reports and dashboards, and help improve how business decisions are made through data-driven insights.

How you create impact
- Transform data into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for global stakeholders
- Support daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting activities
- Standardize reporting processes and methodologies across multiple locations
- Monitor key operational and performance indicators
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Support performance management initiatives through analytical expertise
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting structures and measurement tools
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and functions
- Help drive a culture of data-based decision-making and operational excellence
What we would like you to bring
- University degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, performance management, or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
