GS Human Resources Team Manager (Maternity cover)

As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing teams within HR Global Services. You will ensure strong operational performance, support employee growth, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that impact the organization globally.

This role is ideal for a people-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys combining operational management with transformation initiatives.

How you create impact

  • Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and employees, including onboarding and performance management
  • Monitor team and individual performance, ensuring service quality and efficiency 
  • Manage escalations from internal stakeholders and global operations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement 
  • Collaborate with Process Specialists on reporting, process optimization, and automation initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements in line with global standards 
  • Strengthen collaboration across HR Global Services and other departments 
  • Support budget planning and monitoring activities 
  • Promote HR Global Services initiatives through internal communication channels 

What we would like you to bring

  •  3+ years of experience in HR services, HR operations, Global Services environment
  • Univeristy degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  •  Fluent English (mandatory)
  •  Experience in team leadership or people management
  •  Strong understanding of operational processes and systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills (including system issue analysis)
  • Advanced MS Office skills and ability to work with systems
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
