We are a global HR team supporting Total Rewards processes across Kuehne + Nagel. Support the successful administration and coordination of global projects and processes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams.
How you create impact
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, uncover inconsistencies, and drive process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate recurring Total Rewards processes, improving efficiency, accuracy and quality.
- Support the design, testing and implementation of practical automation solutions, data workflows and reporting tools.
- Monitor automated processes and data outputs, investigate issues and support ongoing enhancements.
- Create and maintain SOPs, guidelines and working procedures to ensure consistent and compliant process execution.
- Resolve employee and stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner, using feedback to improve processes and the overall user experience.
What we would like you to bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work efficiently with data and reports.
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work confidently with large volumes of data and translate findings into meaningful actions.
- Experience with, or a strong interest in learning, data visualization, data preparation and workflow automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL or similar solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
- A proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve processes and ways of working.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
