How you create impact
- Supporting the Italy HR team by maintaining HR systems (PDM, Learning@KN, Welcome@KN, Sharepoint,), consolidating reports, creating documents and being the first level support for global HR Systems
- Autonomously and proactively finding solutions to recurring and basic issues
- Following local HR instructions and suggesting possible alternative processes and optimizations when necessary, keeping in mind the local HR priorities
- Supporting the onboarding process
- Archiving various documents in KN Docs internal and Coca Cola Enterprise system
What we would like you to bring
- Proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative, and providing timely support to ensure efficient teamwork and operations
- Anticipate issues by acting as a consultant proactively finding solutions
- Organisational skills, precise and highly focused on the quality of your output, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, detail oriented
- Fluency in English language
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and clear assertive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experienced user of MS Office – proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation, professional and adaptive skills
