This role is focused on Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and financial operational support within a dynamic regional environment. The position will support activities related to bank reconciliations, statement downloads, financial validations, and operational follow-up while ensuring accuracy and compliance across finance processes.
How you create impact
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) operational and financial processes
• Perform bank statement downloads and daily reconciliation activities
• Validate financial information and ensure consistency between systems and banking records
• Support operational follow-up and resolution of discrepancies related to financial transactions
• Manage financial data and reporting activities using Excel and internal systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate finance operations
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational standards, and financial procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations
What we would like you to bring
• Ongoing or completed professional studies in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
• Previous experience in finance, reconciliations, AR processes, or administrative operations is desirable but not mandatory
• Internship experience in finance-related areas is considered a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills are required
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to operational finance environments
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
