The Revenue Care Expert is responsible for managing the FSL and ensuring timely investigation, analysis, and resolution of open, overdue, disputed, or rejected customer invoices. The role involves deep-diving into RCC scope, identifying root causes of billing discrepancies, and driving process improvements to minimize revenue leakage and enhance overall billing cycle efficiency.
How you create impact
- Process the monthly FSL list to identify, investigate, and resolve open, overdue, or rejected customer invoices
- Verify billing accuracy against RFQs and quotes, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant
- Analyze files with negative Gross Profit to identify root causes such as incorrect rates, partner station overcharges, or currency exchange discrepancies
- Compare intercompany invoices against RFQs and investigate deviations
- Communicate with origin and destination stations to resolve billing irregularities and support necessary corrections
- Issue credit notes in cooperation with billing teams to ensure financial accuracy and minimize revenue leakage
- Monitor ACON and FSL to identify files that did not auto-close and investigate underlying reasons
- Identify recurring billing errors and invoice rejection patterns, and proactively recommend and support implementation of preventive measures and process improvements
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address process challenges and improve end-to-end billing efficiency
What we would like you to bring
- At least 6 months of experience in KN Global Services
- Previous experience in RCC teams is considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrates commitment, initiative, motivation, and curiosity
- English language knowledge
