How you create impact
- Lead end‑to‑end planning, including quarterly forecasts and annual target setting, in partnership with business unit leaders.
- Partner with the Vertical Contract Logistics Manager to provide financial expertise and support strategic decisions through robust analysis and challenge.
- Monitor business performance, initiate reviews, and track corrective actions.
- Use analytical insights to identify risks and opportunities and develop aligned action plans.
- Drive sustainable, profitable growth through strong financial analysis and KPI management.
- Oversee month‑end closing with accurate revenue, gross profit, and cost recognition across branches.
- Support new business processes by ensuring financial rigor, including leading the Business Investment Application (BIA) process.
- Assess customer and site profitability, benchmark performance, and support improvement of underperforming operations.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, ICS compliance, and adherence to KN policies and guidelines.
- Maintain corporate management cost of accounting and business unit structures, including performance‑reporting keys and methodologies.
- Collaborate with the broader Business Unit Controlling team to complete functional activities.
- Share best practices across locations and work with other vertical controllers to ensure consistent processes and knowledge transfer.
What we would like you to bring
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CPA preferred
· 7+ years of experience in controller roles, ideally with FP&A exposure
· Experience in multinational, multi‑site business environments
· Logistics operations experience within multi‑year contract settings preferred
· Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
· Strong change‑management capability
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
· Analytical, commercially minded, and able to translate complex data into actionable insights
· Structured, strategic thinker with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
