For our location in Doesburg, we are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder /Expediteur to strengthen our Road Logistics team. In this role, you manage the planning, booking and operational handling of shipments for several customers in the Medical Technology (MedTech) industry. Experience in road transport, groupage, FTL or LTL is an advantage, but motivated starters are also welcome.
You will work in a multi‑client cross‑dock operation, supporting a fast‑moving healthcare supply chain. Together with two direct colleagues, you ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. This is a fulltime position with office in Doesburg.
How you create impact
- Ensure accurate and efficient order processing for MedTech shipments.
- Represent the interests of your customer(s) and manage orders and backorders in close alignment with planning.
- Act as the central point of coordination in a dynamic road logistics environment.
- Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and remain fully under control.
- Use your flexibility and problem‑solving mindset to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and take initiative in implementing improvements.
- Take ownership of your tasks — you will receive responsibility and freedom to use your skills to the fullest.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum MBO level of working and thinking.
- Experience in logistics or transport is a plus — motivated starters are also welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Accurate, proactive and eager to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills with a service‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); Dutch is an advantage.
