Join our Road Logistics team and support the delivery of a seamless customer experience throughout the shipment process.
How you create impact
- Support customer implementations and SOP preparation.
- Coordinate shipment orders, quotations, status updates, and customer visibility through the TMS.
- Support billing, claims, and customs clearance when applicable.
- Participate in customer QBRs and follow up on customer requirements.
- Prepare shipment reports, presentations, and KPI reports.
- Ensure compliance with customer procedures, Finance credit policies, QSHE, and Security guidelines.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1+ years of experience in international road transportation.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, and Operations.
- Intermediate English and Excel.
- Service-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
