In this role you will support the Perishables Air Logistics team in the day-to-day coordination and monitoring of air freight shipments, customer requirements, and operational activities. You will provide administrative and operational support while gaining practical experience in air logistics, freight forwarding, and customer care.
How you create impact
- Support the Perishables team with the daily coordination and follow-up of air freight shipments.
- Assist with updating and maintaining accurate shipment, customer, and operational information.
- Support the team in monitoring shipment status and identifying relevant updates or issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support efficient shipment handling and service delivery.
- Assist with customer-related requests and follow-ups under the guidance of the Perishables team.
- Contribute to process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal procedures.
What we would like you to bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and understand business urgency and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and good judgment when working with data.
- Strong work ethic, commitment, and willingness to learn.
