Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist

In this role, you will ensure proactive customer support and follow-up on issue resolution, while collaborating closely with Sales teams and Operational Care Centers (OCC) to guarantee accurate information flow and smooth operational execution.
How you create impact
- Proactively support and advise customers to ensure a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor customer shipments, provide proactive updates, and resolve issues before escalation or complaints arise.
- Handle customer claims, inquiries, and issue resolution in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sold rates, and agreements within KN systems to support smooth operational execution by the OCC teams.
- Collaborate closely with Operational Care Centers (OCC), Revenue Care Centers (RCC), and domestic teams to ensure service quality, KPI achievement, accurate billing, and on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor customer profitability (GP/KG) and support knowledge sharing with Sales and Account Management teams.
What we would like you to bring
- Strong understanding of airfreight operational workflows and customer coordination
- Experience handling pricing, quotations, and billing processes
- Previous experience within a Freight Forwarder environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Logistics operations or customer service
- English level B2+ required
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
