How you create impact
- Achieve operational KPIs and coach foremen to drive performance.
- Lead warehouse associates with the foremen to meet productivity, safety, and quality targets.
- Set and deliver long-term operational objectives and act as the main point of contact for the team.
- Collaborate with Planning, fellow team leaders, the Operations Manager, and internal support teams to optimize operations.
- Champion continuous improvement by leading high-impact projects and embedding the 5S methodology.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations through inspections, accident analysis, and safety communications.
- Work flexibly within a two-shift system as operational needs require.
What we would like you to bring
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to translate operational KPIs into effective floor practices.
- Experience building and motivating teams, with the flexibility to adapt to different situations and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting, along with familiarity with warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
- A proactive, autonomous approach with strong problem-solving skills.
