Are you passionate about delivering exceptional logistics solutions for live events and exhibitions? Join Kuehne + Nagel as a National Expo and Events Logistics Expert and play a key role in supporting our international operations exhibitions team. You will support end-to-end coordination of shipments for domestic and international events, quoting clients, managing internal and external agents, and ensuring budget control. Global travel opportunities are available to support onsite handling and final-mile delivery.

How you create impact

  • Provide comprehensive support for our client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate multimodal logistics for event customers, including air, sea, and land transportation.
  • Manage onsite project execution for events across multiple locations.
  • Plan and schedule shipments, liaise with internal teams and carriers, and ensure customs and regulatory compliance.
  • Track shipment progress and resolve issues promptly to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and manage budgets for event logistics projects.
  • Maintain regular client communication to address concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services within existing accounts.

What we would like you to bring

  • 2+ years in expo and events logistics, particularly in freight forwarding.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make quick decisions.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and preparing accurate quotes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication skills for client-facing and internal collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (Domestic & International).
