As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, growing an existing customer portfolio, and promoting our logistics solutions across the region. How you create impact
- Identify, qualify, and convert new prospects into long-term customers
- Conduct customer visits, discovery meetings, and business reviews
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers and technical solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, including opportunities and visit reports
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support cross-selling and customer satisfaction
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure customer retention
What we would like you to bring
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and sales skills
- 2+ years of experience in transport/logistics or international trade
- Solid analytical abilities with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication; English required (Chinese is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and adapt quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
