How you create impact
You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.
You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives.
The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
- To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
- To achieve your key performance indicators (KPIs) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
- To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people key performance indicators (KPIs).
- To drive all activities relating to customer onboarding, retention + operational excellence, collaborating at a site level.
- To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds its productivity targets.
- To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support the closing of new business.
Working hour: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Saturday.
Working location: Giang Dien Industrial Park, Trang Bom, Dong Nai.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management, warehouse systems, and office skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and job planning skills.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience.
- Good command of English
