Contract Logistics Administration Specialist

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

How you create impact

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your leadership expertise and skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will be to provide administrative support across our warehouse and/or distribution activities through a number of different tasks. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

  • To manage office administration and facilities for the CL department including: office/warehouse supplies, stationery, uniform…
  • Oversee facilities maintenance, repairs and workplace improvement
  • Coordinate sourcing, purchasing and price comparison for office-related goods and services
  • Manage and keep good relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • To ensure all contracts, agreements, and renewals are updated and compliant
  • To ensure proper procurement & Vendor Management including: new supplier onboarding process, PO & payment follow-up…
  • Be responsible for event and function activities or eNPS as requested
  • To prepare administrative reports (Cost tracking, monthly report, purchasing summaries..)
  • Support HR & Admin team-related tasks

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English or related major.
  • Candidates with at least one year of experience are preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Good command of English.
