How you create impact
As the Manager of Revenue Care, Forwarding Subledger (FSL) within the Operational Care Center (OCC), you will lead the national execution of the Sea Logistics FSL strategy. This role carries accountability for FSL management and delivery on the concept of Daily GP, with a continuous drive to improve Quality, Timeliness, and Productivity at scale. Success requires a sharp focus on KPIs, close collaboration with internal stakeholders to enable Sea Logistics CCR 2.0, and strong leadership to coach and develop staff while fostering customer centricity. You will serve as the expert in finance operational processes, guiding your team to provide first‑class services aligned with global and national sea logistics standards.
- Lead and direct the Revenue Care team, including FSL Managers across territories, while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to develop team members’ careers and strengthen customer focus.
- Ensure financial productivity KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Address disciplinary and performance issues promptly and appropriately.
- Drive transparency of FSL team performance toward branches and implement measures to improve branch satisfaction and confidence.
- Identify and resolve root causes of recurring inefficiencies.
- Ensure FSL memo codes are applied with the highest quality and in line with working instructions.
- Lead projects with measurable outcomes to improve FSL quality, timeliness, and productivity.
- Proactively inform stakeholders when revenues deviate materially from targets.
- Support the transition from CCLs to the OCC FSL team.
- Oversee daily FSL activities, including month‑end closing for accounts handled through OCC P&L.
- Foster collaboration across branches and strengthen confidence through clear performance metrics.
- Conduct monthly calls with area Finance Representatives to review open items such as deferrals.
- Ensure accurate monthly results through proper implementation.
- Continuously improve processes and practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maximize profit by avoiding unnecessary costs due to inaccurate payments or late invoicing.
- Minimize loss files through proactive analysis and mitigation of unexpected low gross profit.
What we would like you to bring
- 4+ years of experience in sea logistics
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing a large team (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a finance‑focused role (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage, analyze, and execute on KPI metrics
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and lead a team
